Cancellation policy
Customers who choose a subscription or recurring purchase option may manage, skip, or cancel future deliveries according to the subscription options available in their customer account or subscription management link.
If you need help managing a subscription, please contact us through the Contact page and include the email used at checkout and your order or subscription details.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order is processed. If an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel that order, but we will review the request and help where we can.
